With more than 14 years of experience in land acquisition, Kyle specializes in evaluating, entitling, and developing land for residential uses. He has worked directly with local landowners, local homebuilders, and national homebuilders.
Since 2012, Kyle has acquired and entitled more than 2,500 residential lots within the Atlanta MSA. His approach combines responsive local decision-making with the underwriting discipline and execution standards builders expect.

The Red Ridge name comes from the Rolader family property in Buckhead—rolling red-clay slopes where generations were born, pottery was shaped from the earth, and spring water supported a growing family enterprise.
We carry that legacy forward with a simple belief: land carries history, homes carry hope, and responsible development should honor both.
